Phil Williams

Phil Williams
Vice President
Webcore Builders

Phil Williams heads the "Sustainability" and "Systems Engineering" groups. Webcor's approach to sustainability is to, very early in the design process, offer owners and the entire design team the types of options that could enable the project to obtain at least LEED Certification. On every project, Webcor provides a LEED Accredited Professional as a full time member of the project team. This team member is assigned from within the company and as an integral part of the project, assures that the project team has the in-site and experience of a LEED AP, independent of any LEED rating (or non-rating). This approach successfully allows Phil and Webcor to design and build several high density multi-family residential projects in California that are LEED Registered or are being engineered and built with a concentrated focus on "Sustainable" design.
